Mt. Charleston
Saturday we went up to Mt. Charleston, drove around up in the mountains and trees and took pictures. Mt. Charleston is mountain only 20 minutes from Las Vegas. It actually has a ski lift and gets snow in the winter! It is a small ski resort, but hence, a break from the hot weather. It was so beautiful up there and just a breath of fresh air! Afterwords we went over to a yummy little 50's sandwich shop, where they gave out free ice cream after your meal! Jamie and Ryker were in heaven. We met over at their house that evening and played an intense game of Phase 10.
