A Fourth of a Century???

Happy Birthday...to me! On Sunday I turned the big 25! It's crazy...I don't feel 25! I still feel like I'm 18! On Saturday we celebrated my birthday early because you can't do much on Sunday. So, we decided to go over to New York New York and eat at the America. Needless to say, it was much better a couple of years ago when I went with my sister and her family. But, it was still fun! If you've never been there, it is a restaurant that has a 3D map all across the ceiling almost as large as the room. We sat right under Texas. We had a great time though and just hung out and enjoyed ourselves. On Sunday, I ended up making my own birthday dinner, Shish-Kabobs, and doing my birthday dinner dishes. I was planning on going with Jamie up to Mt.Charleston to take a little "Sunday drive," but that didn't happen either. The weather was awful! Rainy, blowing, and cold! Honestly, I can't remember a single birthday of mine that had good weather! When I was growing up on the farm, many birthdays of mine were found out in the field picking rock! I walked outside, saw the weather like that and thought to myself, "atleast I'm not picking rock!" All in all, it was an okay day though....though I must say, I had great expectations for my 25th birthday, but it's all good! The best part was watching movies and eating sundaes! We went Saturday night and picked everything we wanted on top of our sundaes, it was so good!

Our ice cream sundaes...better than birthday cake!

Crazy 25?? WWhoa...it really does seem like we are still 18. I htink I'll just keep teling myself that for the rest of my life. Tairah is for sure, and I might be able to join her is coming to Vegas for a few days in May. After Paiges graduation. Jared and her are going to go to a few shows and eat at a couple good places.
