Friends

Eating at Gonzales, Gonzales at New York New York. Last time we ate here was with Dorsie and Terry!
We got together with a couple of our other friends that actually live here in Vegas. This is at Grand Lux Cafe. So delish! Cheesecake factory is the mother company of the restaurant.

Amanda and I with the "live statue." He was crackin' us up...he was such a flirt!
Just after riding the Roller Coaster for a whoppin' $14 a ticket...what a rip off! Oh well, it was still fun!

Sitting infront of one of the many flower beds at the Bellagio hotel. It was so beautiful! Definately my very favorite hotel out of them all! Everything is made out of flowers and moss. It's really cool to see.
They even had a butterfly exhibit!

This tree was way cool! Jamie just had to have a picture of it. It reminded him of Lord of the Rings...and everyone knows how much he loves that movie!
Anther picture in the Bellagio. Loved it!

This week, well Tuesday and Wednesday that is, my good friend Amanda and her husband, Jeremy, came down to Vegas. We were so lucky to be able to hang out with them both nights. We had a wonderful time! We rode the New York New York roller coaster (which, may I add, is the biggest rip off in the world!), ate out at a restaurant called the Grand Lux Cafe-which is actually owned by the Cheesecake Factory, and just walked around the strip for a while both nights. OH, and can't forget the CRAZY taxi ride we had...forget the roller coaster, just grab a taxi! We had a great time hanging out with them though! It's always great to have family or friends come down for a visit. Funny story...Amanda and her husband had been asked by several people if they were on their honeymoon, so finally they decided to just roll with it and tell them they were. When they went and checked in their hotel at the Palms Casino, Jeremy jokingly said to the clerk, "I heard we were suppose to tell you we were on our honeymoon?" and the clerk upgraded their room, for free, to the 52nd floor and 1 out of only 3 suites. There room was absolutely huge! They had the most beautiful view, and windows almost all around their suite! It was crazy! Anyways, we had a great time with them! Here are some pics of our little get together.

Yay!!! I love that you told our wonderful story! Yeah - the cab ride was eventful and waaay cheaper - but no people with missing teeth and hot mama shirts to stare at. It's all about the experience, you know?

Luv ya lots and can't wait to see you again!!!
