Jamie and I had so much fun this weekend! Saturday night we went down to Freemont Street and I had my first "Freemont Experience!" As many of you might know, the AMC's were in Las Vegas this weekend and I guess every year they are. So, as a Vegas tradition, they have selected artists come to Freemont Street and perform free concerts for the public. Well, we both love music, and we both love country, so we went and watched Sugarland and Billy Currington on stage. Randy Owen was on Friday night (singer from Alabama) but we weren't able to go to that one.

Sugarland!!!

Here's a pic of Billy Currington while singing "Must be doin' something right..."
We had so much fun, despite how HOT is was in there! We were seriously sweating bullets! They estimated about 35,000 people were down on Freemont Street over the weekend! There were SO many at the Sugarland concert, that we couldn't hardly move! Everyone was so sweaty and so packed in there, you could feel their sweaty sticky skin...ew. But, we had fun anyways! We braved the crowd, and tried to get as close as we could to the stage, which was about 50 feet away. We also notice up in the VIP section, Brooks and Dunn, Terri Clark, and Sarah Evans! Brooks and Dunn got quite the crowd, so he often waved down at everyone. We took a picture of them, but not sure if you can really make out who is who.

The picture is a bit blurry...but Terri is on the far left, then Brooks and Dunn, and on the far right is Sarah Evans.

My first time at Freemont Street! Loved it! If you've never been there...you should go! There is a TV screen for the roof, and it is about 2 blocks long! It plays a short show every hour. It was so cool! And so many people...sheesh!

Jamie had to take a pic infront of the hot little cowgirl...He says it's a trademark for Freemont Street.
Anyways, it was much better than the Rush concert! We had a blast! And the best part....FREE ENTERTAINMENT! The crazy thing was Sugarland didn't even start performing til 10:30 pm! It was a blast though...Here's a video to take peak :)
At the end, they got in these huge bubbles and went up over the top of the crowd! It was crazy!
