Fun Weekend!

So, this weekend Sam and Tatum came up from California to hang out for a couple of days. They bunked with us for both nights. We all met up with Ryker and Suzette on the first evening and had dinner at Claim Jumper. She shared an enormous ice cream sandwich cookie after dinner that was to die for! On Sunday, we went to church at our ward and Sam and Tatum came to our Sunbeam class to help out with our lesson. Those kids just cracked us up! After church we headed over to Ryker and Suzette's for a barbecue and had a delicious meal together. Ryker grilled up the chicken breasts, I brought the cheesy potatoes, and Sam and Tatum brought the fruit salad. Suzette had to work, so we missed hanging out with her. But we were still able to see their beautiful baby girl, Lola and their handsome almost-two-year-old Ledger. Ledger sure kept us all entertained! We ended up playing Apples to Apples and Balderdash until almost midnight! It was so much fun. Before Sam and Tatum headed out on Monday (both Jamie and I had it off), we went to the matinee and watched Mall Cop. Sadly, we thought it would be a lot funnier having Kevin James in it, but we still got a few good laughs in there. After the movie we waved goodbye. But, we are planning on heading down to California to stay with them and go to Disneyland this spring and can't wait! It will be a total blast!
