It's so fun working at a school inside the classroom with my 2nd grade client. I get to celebrate holidays like I did when I was a kid! For Valentine's Day, the kids all made little mail boxes for their Valentine's Day cards. I even got to have a little bucket for the kids to put cards in. We had a party on Friday and everyone opened their mail boxes and ate candy. I just loved opening all the little Valentine's written to "Mrs. Sullenger" or "Mrs. S." (from those who could'nt spell my last name haha) It was so much fun being there, I felt like a kid again! I got each one of them a Valentine's from me, and they all gave me a hug and said thanks. So cute! Above is a picture of my Valentine's bucket stuffed full of little Valentine's. The Love poster is what I made with my client. She had earned time to paint... and it was a blast for both of us! I have such a fun job...most of the time :)

How fun - did you make Valentine's for the kids too? I can't wait till Hudson gets to make Valentines, I have all sorts of fun ideas!
