Nearing the end...

So, we're just about there!   I can't believe how time can go so slow, but yet so fast!   I just had my 36 week appointment yesterday, yes that's right, 36 weeks, not 38.  The Doctor pushed my due date back to August 7th.  Ugh.  It is so annoying!  Seriously, 12 days more?   Whatever.  I guess it gives us a little extra time to get everything totally ready for her.  Oh well, what can you do right?  She'll be here either way.   Hopefully she comes early though...  fingers are crossed!
So far, we have everything in the nursery ready, just waiting for the mattress to get here from Costco!  Then we'll put her cute bedding on, and she'll be set!  We just pre-registered at EIRMC a few days ago and got a tour of the hospital.  I feel much more at ease now!  It's amazing how knowing where you'll be going and what the room looks like can make such a difference!  Although, my hands were so clammy while we were touring...I'm so nervous and excited!  It's really starting to hit home right now that we're having a kid, especially when I was packing my hospital bag a couple days ago!   Now, I just need to wash all of her 0-3 month clothes and her blankets.  By the way, any suggestions on what to bring would be great!
Everything is going great so far.  I have been getting quite a few ultrasounds because the placenta was covering half of my cervix the whole pregnancy.  The Dr. had said if it doesn't move it will be impossible to deliver without a C-section.  On our last ultrasound a couple weeks ago, it finally moved out of the way!   Such good news to hear!  Other than that, I have been feeling great and everything is going pretty smoothly so far.  I haven't had any major complications, and I feel so blessed.  Really, the only things I am experiencing lately is lower back pain, hard time getting comfortable, a little of Braxton Hicks, trouble going to sleep, going to the bathroom constantly, breathlessness, and a sore pelvis.  It's all worth it though.  We are so excited for her to come!  I love feeling her squirmy movements.  She moves around a lot!  Jamie can even feel her when we're cuddling!  He likes to put both of his hands on her and mess with her.  She kicks back a lot!   I think she's going to be fighsty!  Ha!  It's so much fun!  I love it!
Here is my pregnant moment of the week:
I was making necklaces in my living room a coule days ago.  I was trying to string some beads on a string that just would not tie together because it was a little too short to tie.  Everytime I'd near the end, my fingers would slip and beads would go flying everywhere!  So, I'd grab all the beads and put them back in a pile to start all over again.  This happened like 6 or 7 times!   Finally, I got them all on and it tied super easy.  I put the bracelet on and it was way too tight.  Jamie looked over and said I must have lost a bead every time it busted.  So, I looked around EVERYWHERE for any loose bead for the longest time.  I looked under couches, in couches, under blankets (like 3 times), down my shirt, in my socks, etc.  Still could not find them.  It was annoying me so bad, I said a little prayer.  I got up, shook the blanket I was sitting on one more time, and then I heard a jingle.  I shook it again, and heard the jingle but nothing was falling!  I look down, and there the beads were, on top of my belly, inside my shirt, lined up perfectly! LOL  I was laughing so hard...seriously, this belly is getting WAY TOO BIG!  Ha!
Anyways, can't wait for this little nut to arrive!  We already love her to death!

What a cute story:) Don't you love the end of pregnancy when you feel like you can't get any bigger? I can just imagine your reactions when you found your beads!
