A Touch of Fall in Vegas

Jamie and I came across a huge lot of pumpkins last night and thought it was the prettiest thing. You have to remember, our trees our still green, and it has still been in the 80's, so we haven't had much of a fall. It has really gotten us missing home. Last week we bought an oil candle that smells the apartment like fall pumpkins. Anyways, when we drove by this, we just had to get a picture before they closed for the night. We'll probably go back next week to actually pick out a pumpkin!

Also....we had to tell you about the best restaurant ever that we went to Saturday night!! And sorry to all you east-Idahoans, it is sadly better than Texas Roadhouse...it is called the Roadrunner. It is a cowboy restaurant, kind of like the Texas Roadhouse, but a little more fancy. It was sooooo good, we are still talking about it a day later! Anyone who comes and visits, we have to take there. Jamie got the pulled pork sandwich, and I got the Dr. Pepper cowboy tacos. It was fun to experiement. They surprising don't taste anything like Dr. Pepper even though they are marinated in it. It gives it a sweet glaze. For our appetizer we got baked mac and cheese, holy cow we were in heaven! I'm sure we packed on a thousand calories....but it was worth it for just one night!
