Happy Chineese New Year!!!

So, this weekend we celebrated Chineese New Year with our good friends Emily and Steve. So, she took us to an authentic Chineese restaurant in China Town here in Las Vegas. We all sat at a round table with a huge lazy-susan in the middle. We ordered a bunch of different plates and shared all around. It was a lot of fun! We stuck with some mild dishes though. We could have had fried frog legs, but we opted against that. It sure didn't hurt my feelings! I think the best dish was the honey pecan shrimp. So good! The other dishes we had were different, but still good...I just have no idea what they were called. In the middle of eating our meal, someone kitty corner from us totally threw up! She and a friend ran to the bathroom and left a puddle of throw up on the floor. Everyone was stepping through it, including the waitress. So nasty! We had to actually tell the waitress to clean it up because it was making everyone loose their appetite! We just couldn't believe that the waitress saw it, and still walked threw it! It just boggles our minds. Anyways, besides the fact that that happened, we had a great time with friends on Saturday night! After, we headed over to Town Square and had some delicious, heavenly frozen yogurt! If you ever have a chance to go to Yogurtland, go for it!!!
Emily also took us over to a Chineese supermarket because she had told us that they sold Pocky's for really cheap. If you've never had Pocky's, it like a super skinny cracker dipped in chocolate. They also have ones that you can dip yourself in like strawberry. So, Melissa and Ashley totally loaded up for their kids. I grabbed a few myself. Before we knew it, almost the entire shopping cart was full of Pocky's, and Pocky's only. A half hour and three annoyed husbands later...we purchased our Pocky's! And they are delicious!!!

You didn't try the frog legs, Lin?;) Those crackers seem like they would be pretty tempting, though. I'll have to try them sometime. Also, we are so soooo excited to see you in April!! We'll have to come up with some good plans:)
