2 chicken breasts
Patak's Golden Mango Marinade
1/4 c fresh chopped onion
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c sour cream
1/3 - 1/2 c water
salt
pepper
paprika
splash of lemon juice or lime juice
***Dice up chicken and cook in about a teaspoon of olive oil. Add garlic, onion, cinnamon, paprika, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Stir together. Add bottle of Patak's Golden Mango Marinade. Add sourcream. Mix together. Add water until desired consistency. Try to keep thick to beable to dip tortilla/naan in.
