Announcing...

BABY SULLENGER!

Expected to arrive on or around July 25th, 2010!

I can't hardly explain how excited we are to have this little one enter into our lives soon! I am currently about 4 months along, and feeling great! I'm not really showing yet, but that'll come soon :) We've been saving the news to tell the world until we knew everything was okay and good to go. We did, however, tell our immediate family for Christmas! It was so fun to see all of their surprised faces! The reason we've been waiting for so long to tell everyone (without getting into tons of detail) is because my doctor in Vegas told me she wasn't too opptomistic about everything the day before we left Vegas. We've been wanting kids for a while, and after hearing her say that, sure had put a damper on things. Needless to say, this baby is such a blessing to us after all that we have been through this past year. The Lord answers prayers and can make anything possible. So, about a week and a half ago we were finally able to go to the doctor. It was such a relief to hear the heart beat...I started getting teary eyed right when I heard the swoosh! We were even able to have an ultrasound that day and got to see our little one! The doctor said everything looked really good and had no concerns at all. He even took me off my medication! Though I can't feel it move yet, we saw it move on the screen every time I flexed my stomach! So cute! We immediately posted it up on our fridge when we got home that night. Hopefully at our next appointment we will be able to find out if it's a boy or a girl! The anticipation is killing us!

P.S. Jamie is a little weirded out right now. He keeps thinking about the movie Aliens, and how there is a little alien growing inside me. Haha! He'll get over it.
